The goal is to make communication easy for our parents as they could be getting information from two schools and 5 teachers, all in one concise email.

Rattler Reward Party

Party in the USA Dance Volunteers Needed
We will be hosting our school’s second dance of the year, the Party In The USA Dance, on April 5th from 4:00-5:30PM (6th grade) and 6:00-8:00PM (7th/8th grade). Please email Ms. Santos at [email protected] if you are able to help out. Thank you again for your constant support for our activities!

Final payments for science camp are due no later than April 5th. Please make sure payment is received in full by this date. If you have any questions regarding your balance, please contact the front office.

Party In The USA Dance
Our next dance is coming up soon! Tickets can be purchased with a signed permission slip and $5 on the following dates: 3/18, 3/19, 4/1, 4/2, 4/3. These are the ONLY DATES we will be selling dance tickets! Last day to purchase is 4/3! Remember, you must have a minimum of 90 behavior points in order to attend the dance.
 
Track and Field
Track and Field is starting! 6th, 7th and 8th grade students are invited to join the team. Students who are interested need to turn in an athletic clearance packet prior to attending practice. Athletic clearance packets are available in the front office.The season runs from April 1st - May 24th. Practices will be held Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 3:30-5:00pm. The 1st practice will be April 1st @ 3:30. Students please change into running attire and meet at the front quad picnic tables.
 
Mountain Bike Team
Mr. Cowart will be the mountain bike coach. This will be the first year that Magnolia has a mountain bike team, so come join us to be a part of something special. If you are thinking about joining the team and have questions, come by Mr. Cowart’s room in D2 at lunch today. The first practice will be held after we come back from Spring Break on April 4th at 3:45pm. Remember, athletic clearance forms must be filled out and approved before attending practice.

To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, you might find some secret shamrocks hidden around campus on Friday! If you are lucky enough to find one, shhhhh don't tell anyone and keep it safe in your backpack until the end of the day. After school, bring it to Mrs. Santos' classroom (B3) for a prize! 
 
Please note: Searching for shamrocks IS NOT an excuse to be late to class. Shamrocks found during class time will be disqualified.
