All parents/guardians are members of the Parents Club and are encouraged to attend the monthly meetings to stay informed of the current events taking place at Magnolia. In addition to planning fundraisers/assemblies, and reporting the club's financial status and upcoming events, an informational Principal's report is given each month by Principal Gene Morgan. PTM meetings take place on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30pm-8pm in portable room 7.
