Daily Bulletin November 13, 2017

 
Congratulations to our Cross Country Teams who raced at beautiful Empire Mine State Park on  November 8.
6th Grade girls Gina, Kennedy, Natalia and Rilyyn were one runner shy of scoring as a team but all finished in top medal positions led by team mate Gina.
6th Grade boys Kaden, Ryder, Brady, Bradley, Crew, Nathan, Tyler, and Landon took first place for teams with 6 boys in top medal positions led by Kaden who was first overall.
7th Grade girls Maya and Ruth both took home medals for top positions, led by Maya, 2nd overall.
8th Grade girls Emma, Julia,Chelsea, Lexi, and Alexandra took first place for teams with all 5 girls in top medal positions led by Lexi.
8th grade John Herrera held 5 place overall with a personal best for time.
Great attitude and great competing teams!
 
It's mandarin time again!!!
Student council will be selling delicious mandarins from Newcastle Ranch for $15.00 for a 10 lb.bag.  All proceeds benefit student activities. Students will be bringing home an order form today, all orders are due on November 17th and will be ready for pick-up on Monday, November 20th.
 
 
Students are not allowed to sell candy on campus, you must check your box of candy in at the office and you may pick it up after school.  If students get caught selling candy at school they will lose the privilege of selling candy as a fundraiser.

Student Council: Coins for Kindness drive now  until Thanksgiving break. Bring in coins (or cash) to benefit those affected by the local fire crisis. Your first period teacher will be collecting the money. The class with the most total value of coins collected will receive a root beer float party courtesy of the Magnolia Student Council.
 
Yearbook:Help us create a memorable yearbook by submitting your photos of extracurricular activities. Our staff needs pictures of students with pets, students in clubs like scouts, lacrosse, or 4-H, and students taking instruction in dance, karate, or anything! 
Please email your digital photos and identify yourself and activity. Send these great photos to Mrs. Lavelle at [email protected].

Homework Club:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday mornings 8 to 8:45, Wednesday after school 3:30-4:15 most weeks.  Please check the bulletin and Magnolia calendar.
