Minimum Days
Magnolia will be on a minimum day schedule from October 2nd - October 6th. School will be released at 1:20 pm each day. 
 
Girls Basketball
7th and 8th grade girls basketball tryouts will be on Monday, October 9th from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm. Open gyms will be held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm in the small gym. Athletic clearance forms are available in the front office and must be filled out and returned before attending open gym or tryouts. 
 
Picture Retake Day
Picture Retake Day will be on Wednesday, October 4th in room A5/A6. Picture retakes can be ordered online at www.my.lifetouch.com/mylifetouch/#/  and using the Picture Day ID:

Raffle
To kick off Bid N' Barrels we are excited to announce a school wide raffle! Starting October 2nd, we would like to challenge the Advisory classes to compete in selling raffle tickets (see link below). Just be sure to have your students' family and friends select their Advisory teacher (in the drop down) on the Google form so we can tally up a winner! The Advisory with the most sales will get a class party!
 
 
This year's raffle prize is a filled Yeti Tundra with a $500 value. One lucky winner will be drawn at Bid N' Barrels on November 4th, but they do not need to be present to win. Pickup can be arranged at the Magnolia office at a later time.
 
Bid N' Barrels
SAVE THE DATE! Bid N' Barrels is Saturday, November 4th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at Vian Estates Winery in Auburn. There will be a food truck, auction and raffles! For information on sponsorship, donations and volunteering, please email PTM at [email protected]

Reminder
The road behind the schools, West Hacienda Road, is a private road.  Please do not use it to pick up or drop off your kids. Only the owners and specifically invited guests of the owners are allowed to drive there.
 
School Hours

Students should not arrive earlier than 8:40 am, or remain on the campus later than 15 minutes after dismissal unless they are participating in a supervised activity.
