At-Home Test Available for Holiday Vacation

Dear Parents, 

 We are excited to announce an opportunity to keep our school community safe!

 Students are able to get a free iHealth At-Home COVID-19 test to use before returning to school in the New Year! If you are interested in receiving an at-home test, you can pick them up at your child’s school office starting tomorrow morning through Friday morning (December 17th). 

 If you are already registered in Primary.Health, you do not need to register again! Instead, you will receive a link from Primary to log your test results from home.  Step 1: Get Materials

  • Pick up test from your child’s school (each box includes two tests)
  • Register for Primary.Health (If you have not done so)

 Step 2: Test your student

  • Take test #1 3 days before returning to school (January 1, 2022)
  • Take test #2 1 day before returning to school (January 3, 2022)
  • If you DO have any COVID-19 symptoms and/or you have HAD a known exposure to someone with COVID-19, please call your school for next steps before you return.

 Step 3: Share your results on Primary.Health!  Do not use the iHealth app!

Primary.Health is a secure website that reports your results to the school and the Health Department.
