Good afternoon PRUSD Parents,
As students will be on Spring Break next week there are a couple of reminders that I would like to share with you.
First, Monday, April 10th will be a school day. Originally scheduled as an emergency day and was scheduled to be a non-school day. This is one of the 4 school days we will need to make up. The other three days are May 30th, June 9th & 12th (The Last Day of School).
We may need to increase some school days, as we may need to make up instructional minutes due to the delayed starts or early dismissals to meet our annual instruction minutes. Once we know how many minutes and when we will make the time up, I will send an announcement out to all families.
Magnolia's 8th-grade promotion will still be on June 8th at Bear River High School Stadium. More information will follow once we get closer to June.
Last, I want you to know one of our local churches will be beginning a food pantry starting this Wednesday. The times of operation are 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM every Wednesday at Cross Roads Church, 10050 Wolf Rd, Grass Valley, 95949 or you may call to receive more information 530-268-2539.
