Subject: Exciting End-of-Year Activities for Our Middle School Students!

Dear Parents,

As we approach the end of the school year, we are thrilled to announce a series of engaging and fun activities designed to celebrate our students' achievements and bring the school year to a memorable close. Here's a rundown of what's in store:


        13-16                   Science Camp

        23                        Spring Concert (6:30 PM-8 PM Big Gym)

        24                        7th Grade Renaissance Fair

        27                        No School – Memorial Holiday

        28                        No School 

        30                        Rattler Pride Celebration

                                    OPEN HOUSE (6 PM – 7:30 PM)

June 3                          8th Grade Sun Splash Trip

                                    High School Graduate Parade on school campuses

        6                          Last School Day (Minimum School Day)

                                    8th Grade Promotion (Bear River High School 7 PM-8:30 PM)

When you drop off your student tomorrow at 6 am:

  • Please remember to keep your child's cell phones at home
  • Remember to park in the parking lot, the buses will need to be able to use the bus circle.
  • Drop off your child's luggage in the trailer by the front basketball courts. Remember to label and tie the different-colored string your child received on Friday. It will help us find their luggage later.
  • Drop off any meds to the office if needed
  • Then, have them go to the small gym to meet their counselor.
  • Buses should leave by 7 am.

Mrs. Adams, Mrs. Stoddart, Ms. McDonald, Mr. Horton, Mr. French and I will be there to help direct you and your child as needed. 


Magnolia Parents Club needs volunteers for next year's board. PTM is critical in supporting school events throughout the school year. If you have time to meet monthly to make a difference for Magnolia students, this is your opportunity. If you need more information, please email PTM at [email protected]

OPEN HOUSE-(Reschedule Date)

Open House will be Thursday May 30th. Our new Principal, Mrs. Levinson, will be available beginning at 5:45 PM for a meet-and-greet in the quad and will walk around visiting the classrooms during the open house.
