Thank you for visiting my teacher website!  I am glad you are here.  Let me take a moment to tell you a little about myself.  I currently teach both sixth and seventh grade social studies (Ancient Civilizations and Middle Ages classes) here at Magnolia.  I have taught social studies in the Pleasant Ridge School District for the past 21 years.  I love teaching history and hope to instill in your son or daughter a love and appreciation for our world's fascinating past.  On a personal note, I am married and am the father of two wonderful children.  I enjoy spending time in nature, being artistic, writing music, watching sci fi and action adventure movies, traveling to new and interesting places, watching my favorite sports, and spending time with my family.  I am looking forward to a great year teaching your son or daughter about the history of our world!  Please contact me if you have any questions (see contact information to the right).
